Managing your energy level may be even more important than managing your time or tasks as a Journey leader. Here are 10 ways to boost your energy level to get things done.

1. Connect with God - First things first every day
2. Keep a positive attitude - Your attitude will determine your altitude.
3. Watch your mouth - Your words can make you or break you.
4. Feed your brain - You are what you eat, even intellectually.
5. Exercise daily - A little goes a long, long way.
6. Take a good multi-vitamin - Cover your nutritional bases.
7. Drink a gallon of water a day - It's easier when you substitute other drinks for water.
8. Get plenty of rest - 7-8 hours of sleep per night and a 10-20 minute power nap after lunch
9. Eat high energy foods - Avoid the processed stuff; go natural.
10. Avoid energy depleting people - Energy vampires suck the life out of you.
